I have been teaching as HSST (....) from ....... to...... in ....................................during the academic year 2016-17 ; from ....... to...... in ....................................during the academic year 2017-18 and from ....... to...... in ....................................during the academic year 2018-19 without any break in service.I have tried my best facilitate effective learning in the subjects ........ and ............I have been actively giving proper guidance to my students in all co curricular activities including Kalolsavam and Science and Social science fairs conducted in the school and at various levels during the above period(s).
I have been carrying out various innovative projects in and out of the campus as a programme officer and PAC member of the National Service Scheme for higher secondary students.I was instrumental in implementing HARITHAVANAM , a project for replanting trees , in an area of about one acre in the school premises and PAYASWINIPPUZHAYORATTHU , another project for protecting the rivershore and VAZHIYORA THANAL VRUKSHAM ,a project for protecting trees on the roadside in 2016.I have successfully digitalised the textbooks in Kannada in 2017. I have participated in the workshop for visualisation of textbook materials conducted by SCERT and have been working as a member of the core SRG and textbook committee.
I have been very vigilant in making a healthy relationship with my superior officers and also with my colleagues and I have appreciated their merits.I have been able to make out the academic and personal issues of my students and lead them to success with proper guidance ,I also take care in keeping the discipline of the school .I have taken special interest in forming special vigilance squad in our school so as to strengthen the activities of the school discipline committee. I think this profession with myself in the role of a headmaster will help me to serve the society in a better manner and hence I am willing to take the role of the headmaster as and when I am promoted.
